Subject: Guest feedback
Dear Mr. Sengupta / Ms. Shweta,
I have just noticed a Guest Feedback Form among my trip papers.
Your organization of our trip was impeccable. We saw everything we planned
to see and had a lot of fun doing it despite somewhat going over our budget.
This was my second visit to India, with the first one to the south part of
the country in 1991. Our trip to Rajasthan this year was so superior in avoiding
travelers' wear-and-tear that I wouldn't even consider further India excursions
without prior contacting Compass India Inc. I have highly recommended your
organization to all my friends and colleagues.
I will be happy to complete any feedback questionnaire. Please place it in
the body of your email as my computer refuses to open any attachments.
Warm regards,
Mark Ros - USA

Subject: Feedback from Senahadi's trip in India & Nepal
Hello Shweta,
How are you?
I would like to give my feedback about the trip to India.
First of all, I just realized that you are a lady
sorry about
this.
This happened when we had chat during our journey and one of them just mentioned
that you just got married too, Congratulation.
Now about the trip:
Started from Delhi's airport until Bhairahawa's airport in Nepal, the trip
was really smooth and some parts were exciting too.
How lucky I am to get such very good driver like Govind from Varanasi all
the way to Nepal.
I would give him an excellent score from the way he drove the car, the way
he talked to everybody and the way he served us for almost 9 days passed thousands
kilometers on both good and bad road.
If one day I have chance to visit India for Buddhist pilgrimage again, I will
choose him as my driver for sure.
Also special thanks to Misra (Guide at BodhGaya) for his knowledge about Buddhist
history and important places.
I attached our picture with Govind at Nirvana hotel Lumbini before left for
Kathmandu.
Last but not least, I would like to thank to you for everything and good luck.
Regards,
Senahadi - Indonesia

Subject: Re: Greetings from Compass India!
Hello Shweta
We would like to thank you and all the people working with you - District representatives
of Compass Tours, drivers and guides for the wonderful trip we had. Everything
worked like we were promised and beyond.
We would like to mention few distinct persons: First you yourself - Your answers
were quick, the itinerary you suggested was very good and I enjoyed our negotiations.
Secondly - all the drivers we had and especially our first driver Mr. Jogander
Singh who accompanied us for 4 days and evenings - He was very attentive to
all our needs way beyond just being an excellent driver. Those are very pleasant
and hard working, very able and safe drivers. They drive in a very hard transport
environment. Those drivers cared for us and I would like to mention that they
are, in our eyes, the main power of your company. They are earning very small
sums even for Indian standards and your company will do best for itself to keep
those able men working for Compass Tours because they are the main reason to
tell all our friends about Compass Tours.
The guides were good almost at all places. I would highly recommend Mr. Kumar
(I don't know his surname) who was our guide at Varanasi. He suggested to us
also an evening tour at the evening which was an highlight of our trip. I think
that you had better enter such a tour in your regular itinerary. In addition
to the night ceremony and the cremation of bodies which takes place mainly in
the night, It gave us opportunity to walk the streets and see life at the street
and not only through the car's window. This brings me to my last remark - better
add some similar experiences instead of some of the temples. A country is more
than just it's temples. This is what gave us the most satisfaction.
My wife and I thank all of you very much and would recommend you to all our
friends.
